Ready to build something like this?
01. Consultation
The first meeting is a site visit, not a sales call.
We walk your space, listen to what you need, understand your timeline, and get an accurate read on your investment. We ask questions most contractors skip — how you use the space, what’s been frustrating about it, what you want to feel when it’s done.
By the end of the consultation, we understand your project. You understand how we work. Neither of us moves forward unless both feel right. No obligation. No pressure. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
02. Design & Planning
Every decision gets made before construction begins — not during it.
We produce a full project plan: scope of work, material specifications, milestone timeline, itemized pricing, and terms. You review every line. You approve the full scope in writing. Nothing changes without your written approval.
If your project involves design work — space planning, finish selection, fixture coordination — we manage that phase in-house or alongside your interior designer. We don’t start framing walls while the floor plan is still open.
This phase takes longer than most contractors allow. That’s intentional. Time invested here is time saved on site.
03. Construction
We built what was approved. Exactly as approved.
Your project gets a dedicated project lead — not a rotating cast of foremen — who is on your site daily and is your direct contact throughout the build.
You receive a written weekly update: what’s done, what’s next, whether the timeline is tracking, and anything that needs your input. We don’t go quiet during the hard parts.
If an unforeseen condition surfaces — and occasionally in older homes, they do — we document it immediately, explain the implications, and bring you a solution before we move forward. Never after.
04. Final Delivery
We punch our own list before you ever see it.
Before scheduling your walkthrough, your project lead and a quality review team go through every inch of the finished work — every grout line, paint edge, door swing, and fixture. We correct what doesn’t meet standard.
Then you walk it. If you find something we missed, it goes on a list and gets resolved before the project closes. We don’t send a final invoice and fix punch items later. We fix them first.
When the project is done, it’s done. Not mostly done.
You'll always know where
things stand.
- Direct phone and text access to your project lead — not a call center
- Weekly written progress report — completed, upcoming, open items
- 48-hour response on all client communications — no exceptions
- Immediate notification if any unforeseen condition surfaces on site
- All changes approved by you in writing before any work reflects them
Frequently Asked
Questions
1. How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on scope and complexity. Bathroom remodel: 3–5 weeks. Kitchen: 6–10 weeks. Home addition: 12–20 weeks. Commercial build-outs vary by scope. You’ll get an accurate timeline in the planning phase — and we hold to it.
2. How is pricing structured?
Fixed-scope contracts. The price you approve is the price you pay — provided the scope doesn’t change. If you want to add something or switch a material mid-project, we document the change, price it, and get your approval in writing before anything moves.
3. What if something unexpected comes up during construction?
It happens — especially in older homes. The moment we find something that affects scope or cost, we stop, document it, photograph it, and bring it to you with a clear explanation and a proposed solution. We don’t proceed and tell you after the fact. Ever.
4. Do you pull permits?
Yes. We manage the permitting process for all work that requires it. It protects you as the homeowner, ensures code compliance, and is non-negotiable in how we operate.
5. Who will be on my site?
Our crew — not unfamiliar rotating subcontractors. We have established relationships with every trade we use, and your project lead is on site daily to supervise. You’ll know who’s in your home.
6. Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with financing partners to offer payment options for qualified projects. See the Financing page or ask during your consultation.
